1. Service

LectureSift is an AI-assisted digital service that helps create transcripts, summaries, notes, slide selections, quizzes, flashcards, and downloadable files from educational videos, audio, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, TXT, Markdown, and supported image files uploaded by the user. Features may vary by plan.

2. Account security

You must provide accurate and current information, keep login information confidential, and report any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use someone's account without permission, exceed access limits, or run automation that would disrupt the system.

3. Content rights and liability

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to process the content you upload. You may not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy, personality rights, or the law, contains malware, or is otherwise unlawful. You retain ownership of your content and grant permission to process it only to the extent and for the time needed to provide the service.

4. Artificial intelligence outputs

Outputs may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. LectureSift is educational support; It is not a substitute for academic integrity rules, expert opinion, or the original source. For important decisions such as exam, health, legal, financial, etc., you should independently verify the output.

5. Plans and payments

Plan minutes, quizzes, flashcards, exports, and storage entitlements are shown at checkout. Taxes, the fixed-term duration, and the total are disclosed before payment. Local-currency website prices are informational; the exact amount on the payment provider’s confirmation screen applies. Paid access starts when the payment provider or bank confirms payment.

The monthly option is a 30-day fixed term and the annual option a 365-day fixed term. Each term starts with a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. When a new term is purchased, it starts as soon as payment is confirmed; if a paid term is active then, the new term replaces it, and unused time and the current term’s plan allowance do not carry over. Because no future card charge is scheduled, no separate cancellation is needed. The remaining minutes shown for annual plans apply only to the current monthly allowance window; when a new term is purchased, the previous annual access and all future monthly allowances under it also end.

6. Availability and change

Maintenance, security, provider outage or force majeure may affect service. We may change features for security and product improvement; Reasonable notice will be given for changes that significantly affect paid usage. Provisions limiting mandatory consumer rights do not apply.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited moderately in case of security risk, abuse, payment problem or illegal use. You can submit your account closure request via the communication channel. Records that must be kept may be kept for the relevant legal period.

8. Dispute

Before from communication channel We look for a solution. Consumers may apply to competent authorities such as the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court, depending on the monetary limits in force. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the locality are reserved.
